Meet Rebby

Inspired by her personal journey with prenatal yoga, Rebby completed specialised training with Sally Parks Yoga School in Pregnancy, Postnatal, and Mum & Baby Yoga. She believes that yoga has a unique ability to help women during this significant life chapter, offering physical support, stress reduction, and practical techniques for labour and active birth. Her classes create a nurturing sanctuary where expectant mothers connect with their babies and their changing bodies, while new mothers find gentle ways to rebuild strength and deepen their bond with their little ones. Rebby considers it a privilege to help women find moments of serenity amidst the beautiful chaos of motherhood.
Rebby has been practising yoga for 15 years, and specialises in teaching Hatha-Vinyassa Yoga, Pregnancy and Mum & Baby Yoga, as well as Yin & Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Rebby first ventured onto the yoga mat on a quest for improved emotional balance and mental wellbeing. Little did she know then the profound ripple effect this practice would have. Yoga unveiled a previously unknown inner peace and a new steadiness to navigate life’s storms. Beyond the emotional transformation, she was amazed by tangible improvements in her physical health and became captivated by the rich tapestry of yoga philosophy. Inspired by yoga’s transformative power, she was driven to complete her 300-hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga training with Yoga Beyond at Exeter Yoga Workshop in 2023.
Her teaching philosophy centres on empowerment, creating accessible spaces where students cultivate balance, strength, and flexibility in both mind and body, whilst gaining agency over their wellbeing. Rebby’s classes offer a welcoming environment where fun and curiosity are at the heart of the yoga practice. She aims to ensure students understand not just what and how… but why. Her guiding principle—”slower is faster”—emphasizes alignment and precision, giving practitioners the time they need to find the right posture and truly listen to their body’s wisdom, enabling a sense of progress that is unique and individual to them.
With a genuine love for learning, Rebby has trained in Yoga Nidra, Advanced Yin and Restorative Yoga. Her diverse interests include nutrition, neuroscience, aromatherapy, crystal healing, mindfulness, and philosophy. Do not be surprised if you find elements of these subtly woven into her classes. Rebby lives in East Devon with her husband and two young daughters – the best gifts life has given her and ones she believes she may not have without YOGA!
