What to Expect

Pregnancy Yoga offers a calm and nurturing space to embrace this transformative time through gentle flowing postures, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation techniques. Classes include pelvic floor work, practical birth preparation strategies, and guidance on using birth balls and chair yoga to support you through pregnancy and
labor.

  • Ease Discomfort – gentle stretches to increase mobility & help ease aches & pains
